What this service is

Regnitive Documents, operated by Regnitive Technologies Inc., lets you generate baseline privacy and AI-governance documents by answering a guided questionnaire, without creating an account. It is provided free of charge for the document types currently supported. Documents are generated automatically from your answers using a combination of deterministic application logic and an AI drafting step, and are not reviewed by a lawyer before being provided to you.

Free to use

There is no charge to generate or download a document. There is no account, no credit system, and no payment required for the document types currently supported. Service availability may change over time.

Not legal advice

This generator provides general information and document-generation tools. Generated output depends on the answers you supply and is general information, not legal advice. It does not guarantee legal compliance, and using this service does not create a lawyer-client relationship. You are responsible for reviewing any generated document, and having it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it, especially where the tool flags an area as warranting additional review.

Regulatory applicability varies

Which laws apply to your organization depends on your specific activities, locations, and industry. This tool makes reasonable, general-purpose determinations based on your answers, but cannot make a legal determination for your specific situation. Data handling

There is no account system. Your questionnaire progress and your generated document are stored in your browser, not in our database. See our Privacy Policy for what is processed temporarily to provide the service.

Browser storage is your responsibility

Clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or using another device may remove your saved progress or your saved document. Download completed documents promptly if you want to keep them. We are not responsible for progress or documents lost this way.

No guarantee of legal compliance

We do not guarantee that a generated document satisfies any particular law, regulation, or your organization's obligations. You are responsible for confirming that a generated document is appropriate for your situation before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to generate documents for public-sector or government bodies, or to make health-sector (Canada) or HIPAA compliance claims that are not enabled for this deployment. Do not enter real patient records, government identifiers, passwords, or sensitive personal information beyond what a question genuinely requires.
