Privacy Policy for Regnitive Documents

This policy describes how Regnitive Documents, operated by Regnitive Technologies Inc., itself handles your data. It does not describe the documents you generate using it. Regnitive Documents is free to use and does not require an account.

No account is required

You do not need to create an account or sign in to use Regnitive Documents. There is no account system, no credit balance, and no saved history tied to an identity.

What is stored in your browser

Your questionnaire progress, and any document you have generated, are stored using your browser's local storage on your device, not in our database. This lets you leave the page, refresh, or reopen your browser later and pick up where you left off. This browser-only copy expires automatically after a configured period. Clearing your browser storage, using a different browser, or using another device may remove this saved progress or your saved document. Download completed documents promptly if you want to keep them.

How your answers are processed

When you generate a document, your questionnaire answers are transmitted temporarily to our server to produce the document, and relevant answers are transmitted temporarily to our configured AI provider to draft the document text. We do not intentionally retain this content on our servers once the document has been generated and returned to your browser.

What we do not store

Regnitive does not intentionally store your questionnaire answers or generated document content in a database, in application logs, or in error-monitoring tools. Our technical infrastructure may process ordinary request and security information, such as IP addresses and timestamps, as part of normal web hosting operations.

What you should not enter

Please do not enter real patient records, government identifiers such as a SIN or SSN, passwords, or sensitive personal information beyond what a specific question genuinely requires to generate your document. Limit sensitive information to what is necessary.

Outputs are general information, not legal advice

Generated documents are general informational drafts based on your answers and the regulatory information built into this tool. They do not guarantee legal compliance and are not legal advice.

Analytics

If product analytics are used, they receive only non-sensitive event names, such as when a questionnaire section is completed or a document is downloaded. They do not receive your organization name, email, questionnaire content, or generated document content.

Service providers who may process information on our behalf

We use selected service providers to operate this application, including AI-assisted document drafting and application hosting. Each processes only the information necessary to provide its function, and only for as long as needed to complete that function.

A note on what this does not mean

This does not mean no data ever leaves your device. Generating a document requires sending your answers to our server and our AI provider so the document can be produced; that processing is temporary and is described above.
